Due to blockchain immutability and the nature of digital asset transfers, completed cryptocurrency transactions are generally final and non-reversible.
2. Cases That May Be Reviewed
- Verified platform-side technical processing error.
- Duplicate charge caused by system malfunction.
- Failure to deliver a confirmed service state due to internal platform fault.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- User mistakes such as incorrect wallet addresses or network selection.
- Market movement or trading-related losses.
- Delays or losses caused by external blockchain/network events outside platform control.
4. Request Timeframe
Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after the relevant transaction event, unless local regulation requires otherwise.
5. Review and Resolution
- Each request is reviewed manually with transaction logs and system records.
- Additional verification information may be requested before a decision is issued.
- Approved refunds are processed to the eligible destination and timeline communicated by support.
6. Abuse Prevention
Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated bad-faith refund requests may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension.
